Homeless war vets 'fall through the cracks'

Up to 3% of the returning U.S. soldiers have mental problems

The American people havenever taken care of their returning soldiers, this is a continuation of appeals for stop gap measures until they can be buried. If a goverment is willing to go to war it should be willing to take care of its warriors.

I think this is a well-written piece that informs the reader of the challenges vets go through mentally that leads to homelessness. I enjoyed the direct interviews with the vets that are living this challenging experience. It would have been interesting for the author to have researched ways how the community around these homeles vets can help solve this problem.
