Againg reading through the lines of mindsets and value systems to support change. The article is well written and the evidence brought by the author are compelling. An historical and social perspective to dig it further and understand the importance, or lack thereof of capacity to support women's rights and entitlements. It's all about change, if given with the right institutional arrangements to steer it. If not, then....................
