This story did not hold my interest. Another Monsoon season another flood. I am not unsympathetic to the people who are suffering but this story did not put the issue in any context that I could relate to. What does 1400 cases of diarrhea in 24 hours mean? What am I to compare it to. Then to transition from this is happening to comments on the poorly coordinated relief effort and the problems there in did not work. The relief effort problems alone deserve a full story.
