Concise, well sourced and very informative; an excellent article.

Sipah-e-Sahaba, which authorities say incited the attacks, was originally an anti-Shiite organization and was funded in the past by Pakistan’s intelligence services to wage war in Kashmir.

A reference is made to Pakistan’s intelligence service (ISI) — few articles I’ve read have dared to mention this infamous agency.
