Every Journalism and Broadcasting school in the nation will refer to Herbert Morrison and his emotion filled coverage of the Hindenburg disaster in 1937. I remember being told, "Never Do This", as they played Morrison's over emotional broadcast. As this journalist goes on her nonsensical rant, she overlooks the obvious; Dunham's performance is not directed at her personally, He is a comedian, and as such, everyone and everything is fair game for his attacks. A journalist is to remain objective, not get caught up in the moment, which Lisa did unfortunately. She even goes so far as to speak for all journalists everywhere, by saying Journalists collectively do not like ventriloquists. I have a problem with that, I happen to like ventriloquists and I do not remember giving her my proxy. I felt obligated to see what she was ranting on about, so I saw Jeff Dunham live at the Metro Center July 31st, and guess what? I really liked him, very funny stuff. If her journalistic sensibilities are so easily offended maybe she should go back to Obituaries or the Lawns and Garden section instead of having a Herbert Morrison moment every time someone offends her.
