This barely even explains the story at hand. Is the school district only using the new containers on Tuesdays, and using trays the rest of the time? It's "expanding" to Tuesday breakfasts? From what? It was developed in partnership with "a grassroots organization?" WHICH ONE? Most importantly, what are the impacts of this program? Where can I verify the Deputy Chancellor's estimates of the environmental impact, and what are the financial costs and/or benefits of Trayless Tuesdays?
