Interesting. A now-defunct high tech company I worked for years ago also monkeyed around with transfer pricing. But they did so in order to convince various countries that their product had more than minimal "local content." This article rings true. One wishes that the sources were more than just various learned law professors. But, of course big pharma wouldn't comment.
