China Trims Holdings of Treasury Securities

China retained its spot as the biggest foreign holder of U.S. Treasury debt in January even as it trimmed its holdings for a third straight month. The massive debit of the U.S. that China owns is in its self worrysome and when China makes shifts in that owership one worries if it foreign policy at work or monitary.
