Salesforce.com and Google have announced an integration that tightly couple AdWords campaign management into the popular CRM/SFA tool. It's a natural fit and I'm trying not to feel all creepy about this but...
NewsTrust Rating: 3.1 average - 3 Reviews » - Review It Visit NewsTrust | About | Sign Up | Disclaimer

The case involved a public-sector employee, who won €3,000 Euros in damages and €6,000 Euros in court costs and expenses, after her communications were intercepted by her employer,
NewsTrust Rating: 3.2 average - 3 Reviews » - Review It Visit NewsTrust | About | Sign Up | Disclaimer

Google's achilles heel

ZDNet - By Phil Wainewright - Dec. 13 (Opinion) - There's a paradox at the heart of Google's success that highlights the location of its Achilles' heel. It makes money because users of its search engine find what they want by clicking on ads. That's right, the ads are better targeted than the search results. It's not so much a search engine company, more an ad engine company. The search engine is almost a smokescreen (indeed, I've argued in the past that Google should spin off its search engine and just concentrate on ads, but the company is making too much money from its vertically integrated play to split up horizontally like that).
NewsTrust Rating: 3.4 average - 6 Reviews » - Review It Visit NewsTrust | About | Sign Up | Disclaimer
