The Nation is an English-language newspaper in Pakistan.[1] It is published by Majid Nizami of the Nawa-i-Waqt group. The roots of The Nation trace back to 1940 when Nawa-i-Waqt was formed. The English paper itself was launched towards the end of 1986. The Nation is internationally the most quoted Pakistani newspaper.[2] The Nation rivals two Karachi-based dailys, Dawn and The News International It also provides a special daily feature section, The Nation Plus, which covers the world of glamour, showbiz, entertainment, the performing arts, and literature, as well as a special Young ...
