Arned Forces Press - By Dan De Luce - Oct. 06 (Speech) - James Clapper, the new chief of the country's spy services, said that intelligence agencies would have to be more restrained about sharing information with each other as a result of the leaks, citing the recent release of secret files on the Afghan war by the WikiLeaks website. In comments only days after media reports quoted security sources about a possible terror plot against European cities, Clapper slammed US officials who he said were exposing classified information.

Associated Press - Apr. 22 (News Report) - North Korea may be preparing to carry out a third nuclear test, analysts and a high-ranking defector said Wednesday, citing language in state media hinting of an impending crisis on the peninsula. Speculation that communist North Korea might conduct another nuclear test, in defiance of U.N. Security Council resolutions, grew after the South Korean cable network YTN reported Tuesday that the North has been preparing since February to conduct a test in May or June. YTN cited an unidentified diplomatic source.

Google News - Mar. 20 (Review) - It's often said that money can't buy happiness, although some argue it can, but newly published research suggests that having money - and then spending it on others - might just do the trick. Researchers at the University of British Columbia and Harvard Business School teamed up for a series of studies looking at levels of happiness reported by people and how they spent money. One of the experiments involved recruiting students on campus in Vancouver, giving them $5 or $20 and instructing half of them to spend the money on themselves and the other half to spend it on others.
