The Gazette publishes weekly community newspapers serving Montgomery, Frederick and Prince George's counties in Maryland, including the subscription-based Gazette of Politics and Business, a weekend edition circulated throughout the state. The Gazette is part of the Community Newspaper Group of Post-Newsweek Media Inc., a division of The Washington Post Company, and has been publishing weekly newspapers in the Maryland suburbs since 1959.
