Iran confirms massive Stuxnet infection of industrial systems

Experts from Iran's Atomic Energy Organization also reportedly met this week to discuss how to remove the malware.

Fed indictments tell how H-1B visas were used to undercut wages

Computerworld - By Patrick Thibodeau - Feb. 16 (News Report) - Federal authorities allege that in some cases, H-1B workers were paid the prevailing wages of low-cost regions and not necessarily the higher salaries paid in the locations where they worked. By doing this, the companies were "displacing qualified American workers and violating prevailing wage laws," said federal authorities in a statement announcing the indictments.

Weiss - Jul. 07 (Interview) - I do think one of the risks of fully electronic voting is that a small mistake can be magnified in scale all over the place because the touch-screen e-voting machines are all the same, they're all electronic, they all require power, and they all use computer code and a particular set of circumstances that could cause something bad to happen everywhere. I don't usually think it's likely to happen, and in this case, it doesn't appear to have happened. But the concerns of security and auditability are not necessarily things that would leave any incriminating evidence of a potential problem.
