Yes. Good for an op-ed; not a research piece or primary news coverage. He missed the fact that Giuliani's source was 7 years out of date. It's one-sided only in the sense that the facts themselves are one-sided.

Presented without overt editorializing, which is left to the many interviewees; couldn't cover the entire range of viewpoints because of some key refusals to participate, but still seemed fair because of the good documentation and contextualization. Solid "expose" type of program focused on bureaucratic infighting; avoids deeper levels of policy issues and ultimate goals.
