Another interesting article. Unfortunately for our state, articles about the lack of funding to social service agencies in Illinois are seen far to often. I think this story was well sourced and informative. Very interested to hear about the programs to encourage immigrant voters.

This is an interesting point of immigration law that had never occurred to me. Very informative article. Unfortunately, as the past has shown thus far--I don't think we will be seeing an easy solution to this issue in the near future.
