Not at all -- far more is missed than included about a big problem This utterly fails to explain why 95% of well-funded and fully staffed politicians lie, having nothing to do with gossip or unintentional deception. Talk about blaming the victim, here the average joe. Pols lie because they can -- and corrections are too little, too late, having gotten the meteoric headline they seek. It's all about theatre and momentary attention spans, and politicians aren't sending false emails but making wrongheaded national declarations on national TV. Although the tone is serious, the content is a hoot.
