This frightening exchange reveals how poorly McCain has actually "controlled" his temper. It shows a petty and juvenile streak that would be frightening in a president. It's too intellectual for an attack ad, but pass it around on college campuses.
Extensive, but hostile, analysis of McCain's past and present positions. Emphasis on changes in these positions, with strong suggestions that McCain is pandering to important voter groups. Maybe true, but very one-sided.

West Point Sues Graduates Over Non-Political Use Of Their Name, Allows McCain Supporters Right To Use In Political Ad
Good start for a really good article - maybe catching West Point authorities favoring pro-war groups. But so far just "maybe". Finish the research, please, and we'll all applaud!
Brief bio, CV and favorite talking points of both candidates. Nothing very new, but even-handedly impertinent to both men . The author's best insight is that the American media gives McCain a pass for factual gaffes.

Media Blindly Pick Up McCain's Talking Point That Town Hall Meetings Are His 'Strength,' 'He's At His Best'
The author accuses the media of blindly accepting McCain's talking points. Maybe. Maybe they just disagree with the author? The basic idea, "let's see if we believe McCain is good in town hall gatherings", was good.
This is good entertainment, if you're liberal and enjoy taking shots at McCain. It's not journalism.
Wow! This PolitiFact.com site is a real find. It's in the spirit of Factcheck.org, but this one is much more fun to read. Read "The McCain File" and all the other "File"s they have.
Not much here on McCain. For balance, the article needed maybe one sentence from McCain or a surrogate, summarizing the case against talking to "enemy" leaders. The article and the poll it reports on both assumed too easily that talking with Iran meant talking with Ahmedinijad.
A reasonably complete rundown of what was new at the time the article was published. Too much unsourced gossip, though. Nothing covered in depth.
Just a filler piece about campaign spending, quoting info from Campaign Media Analysis Group, and one of CMAG's people. Seems fair and accurate, but it's a yawner.
A strained argument to conclude that the woman equates America to God, then strained deductions from that conclusion. This is at the level of a nasty blogger. Ok, better spelling.
It's a transcript of a McCain speech. No commentary, no spin. I'd have preferred to see it side-by-side with an Obama speech, but it's accurate and informative for what it is.
