very interesting. just wish we could know what the "right" story is--which phone companies did actually give over records.
this is old news--murdoch and clinton have been in cahoots for a couple of years now. i don't disagree with what the story says, but it takes the predictably liberal point of view on something that, as i say, has been know for awhile now. so i'm not sure it adds much to the dialogue or the database.
did usa today break this story? if so, wow--good for them. important information and i hope it gets a lot more coverage in the mainstream press.
this story stuck with me after i read it. it doesn't provide a lot of context--it is mainly the tale of a horrific killing--we don't learn a whole lot about the person killed or her relationship to the writer. we certainly don't come away knowing who killed her. but the fact that these sorts of murders are happening in iraq should be known.
