This article posses minimal journalism. I will give credit regarding showing the background information of Brazilian women. But the article was short and it didn't provide many citations.

There is no insight, so the reader has to make connections on there own. This isn't entirely bad, but as a reader when a author puts insight into their writings, its makes there writings more pleasurable to read.

This is a great example of journalism because the article is very well written. The author created a combination of a news analysis and opinionated statements which made a great article. George Monbiot starts off by establishing our tendency to rely on complex systems. He then gives examples of what would happen if one our systems would fail and how it would effect us. The author then goes to talk about past societies how their reliance of complex systems caused them to collapse. The author then ties everything together with the airline system.
This article does not posses great journalism because the only thing that the article does is inform that Scotland has one of the highest dropout rates in the Uk. Which i already know from the title. There are some facts and figures and a sentence or two on how scotland is effected by this.
