The article makes readers feel like all of the decisions for the major loan companies is just chance taking with their eyes closed.

This a opinion beat. There was some fact but the article is base on a person opinion ideally.

I agree that the $700 billion dollar bailout needs to somehow someway go to mortgage companies.
