Moving bases and equipment for 30,000 trooops into a landlocked country. Georgia, kazak, uzbek northern back-door route. Still flying in all weaponry because none of the land routes are secure enough.

Mainly about states trying to block federal laws with opposing state laws and refering back to Jime Crowe and similar. Nothing about say, state medical pot laws which go contrary to the complete federal prohibition. Not about constitutional challenges in court - thats apparently the only valid legal means for a state to challenge a federal law.
