This is just the kind of journalism we need. It gives even more creedence to the fact that one of the unofficial journalist bloggers on Talking Points Memo has been picked up by Brain Ross to do investigative journalism on Mainstream T.V. whereby legitimizing Justin Rood's integrity. At least he got his foot in the door, some people can't even get a big toe in the door, because nobody will give 'em the chance. Crowd sourcing is on the rise. This is not rocket science and I think this just agitates the heck outta some people's washing machines. Unofficially of course.

Citing as many as 5 news clips from Fox's live T.V. broadcasts in an attempt to prove the point that Fox has a War on Blacks going on, I'd say the piece was convincing enough. But I noticed on his radio show Vannity had a war on Obama going on long before the Obama Battle Brigade hit Fox's T.V. airwaves. So I enter my critique of this piece already biased.

This article baffles me because Tom Engelhardt and Seymour Hersh might as well be on the top of the Hurricane Katrina Rooftops with SOS banners. Nobody's gonna listen to them. Shouting "fire" in theater wouldn't be a good enough analogy. The only credibility Sy Hersh gets is in Britain where they actually keep abreast of world happenings and events. Americans really don't care, it seems, what goes on in the "rest of the world"

Not only is this story good and well written, the comments of the people of the original article are more in depth than Hedges' own article. While reading this article this what I call the "Corporate Jesus"fanatics came to mind. Corporate Jesus people are holding all Jesus' money in a trust fund till he returns and they can give it all back to him so he won't have to be a beggar and homeless when he returns. Corporate Jesus people capitalize on Jesus' namesake while trying to maintain that air of ethics and morals that The Big Box Stores and Mega Churches(one-stop spirtual shopping there, complete with an ATM in the lobby for your convenience.) Since this review has really become not about Hedges' article, which I think is very ... More »

In the context category, I believe one would need "An Inconveinent Truth" by Al Gore to fully explain this phenomenon. However for the sake of brevity and considering the journalist didn't intend to write War and Peace," the gardener's almanac " version is fine.
