Last summer going so far as to offer it in its entirety to any major media outlet, only to get no takers. Brad Freidman has been coving this topic since its inception. Covers the pluses and minuses, the attractions and pitfalls of these types of loans. While it tends to emphasize the negatives, the seriousness of their possible impact on the economy in general excuses the apparent bias.

Been following Palast for many years and I trust him. If you want to know his sources, e-mail him. As far as is the article fair, I know he attempts to gain access to opposing views. Covered the who, what, when, why, and where.
