As a blog, this is definitely this person's opinion. He makes compelling arguments for his viewpoint, but so does everyone else. It is interesting to read and I 'm sure we'd find 10 other blogs to discredit everything he says.

This is a laundry list of meetings and hearings lined up for Earth Day. As such it is easy to follow, however it is without attribution. In the opening paragraph, the phrase "mother of all climate weeks" is in quotations, but we don't know where the quote originated. The term cap-and-trade is used twice in the story without explaining what it means. If all someone wanted was to know what events were taking place, I would recommend this story. If I wanted to know more about cap-and-trade, this story would not fill in the very large gaps it leaves about this material. It seems thrown in for effect without giving it any substance, and would probably be better served in another story, or have its relevance to climate week explained ... More »

As part of the larger portfolio of stories, this story would make more sense. The author only quotes one source. He explains a lot of the theories behind his reasoning without attributing the source of his research. One would have to read the entire group of stories to understand the issues fully.
