This story provides the perspective a man who worked in the area as a reporter for 40 years and described his brief encounters with William Donald Schaefer. This is definitely a story that will convey the politician as a person to those who were not able to witness his actions while he was on the scene as a large public figure.

The author provides a clear view of her perspective through this story however, the antics she is referring too have been well documented and did not shed a light on a new occurrence.
