It may seem cynical, but I think this whole wedding has become a fad in Pop-culture. I see yuppies talking about it like its an episode of One Tree Hill.
This great, except Towson writers tend to let their ideology seep through their words. This seems to favor women, which is fine, but then the article needs to have some sort of indicator in the title that tells us readers that.
Regardless of your reason, you cannot go around beating people. As soon as you begin, you are no longer a sophisticated entity known as a person and you have become an animal. Fourteen, eighteen, three hundred; don't do it.
The only problem I had with this article was that the author calls out men for not intervening. While I agree that whoever is capable of helping should indeed do so, I feel as though in a post civil-rights and "PC" country, everyone should be blamed and not just the guys. After all it was a pair of women beating a woman.
This bi standard effect has gone on for too long. We live in a supposedly free country and yet there is a clear refusal to take action when violence occurs. Forget about the situation at hand because it honestly doesn't matter. If two people are ruthlessly assaulting one person who has not initiated or perpetuated any retaliation, it is wrong. Again, it is WRONG!
This is good because of its use of quotes as factual input. This isn't a controversial issue really either so it doesn't need (or have) a lot of opinion in it.
This is neither photo nor video journalism. It is cartoon journalism and it is fantastic. Thank you.
I think that people make this sort of impact all over the country if not the world. It would be nice to see this kind of respect directed towards all of them.

As a student at Towson between 2007 and 2011, I have mixed feelings. Part of me is happy about all of Towson's growth, but the other part of me feels like the students of our generation were forgotten and thrown around by Towson University's prudence. Half my campus was under construction while I went to school here.
