Though I am not a huge fan of politics, I think this is a good article about them. It depicts the views on things. It was a well written article and a good example of investigative journalism.

This is an example of good journalism. The article was on an up to date topic and was well explained. It gave good detail and explained the conflict and what everyone is doing about it. Mourning the losses that were unfortunate due to the tornados.

This article about an afghan pilot killing nine US trainers is short but to the point. It discusses what it was meant to discuss about the situation as a whole. It explains what exactly happened, how it happened, and what the government did in result of this mishap. I think it's a good example of journalism. It isn't too short yet isn't too wordy.

This article, Lifer Lessons, is a good example of journalism. The article discusses Marshall Conway who was convicted for the murder of a Baltimore police officer approximately 40 years ago. He is facing life in jail and is interviewed about his life in prison. I think this is a good article and written properly. It shows background information to allow the reader to better understand the article and then goes into the real story, which is interviewing Conway about life in prison. The article was done well and definitely deserves more review opinions.

This is a prime example of good journalism. This article talks about the city's plan to move forward with a casino. They accurately explain the conflict they were in with the past situation that was rejected for the Slot proposal. Now they explain the new plan of action, its location (which is prime location for a casino, Russell Street), and they also explain additional negotiation plans between the city and the slot plan developers. They also address the legal issues at hand and their plans to compromise with them. Overall, this is a very good example of journalism and how an article should be laid out and written.

This is good journalism because their information is up to date and accurate. The article is supposed to be about the dollar being under pressure and its inflation rate and it is. It gives good information from where the dollar has remained since 2008 and the government's plan of action. The only thing I didn't like about this article is the way it ended. It left me with mixed feelings because the closing was not strong at all. It almost just cut the story off and didn't seem to finish it. I like what the article discussed, however, the delivery could have been a little bit stronger than it was.

I think this displays a good example of journalism. They not only go into a little background before going into their story. They have good sources and references to what they have found for their story. They play into both sides of the story to make the story have proper and accurate information. It was definitely well written and I would recomment this to readers as a must read.

This Foreclosure in Focus article is definitely an example of bad journalism. There are no specific facts, statistics, absolutely nothing to help the reader better understand the subject. It gives a contact number and website for more information but I feel like they could have researched and found sources to create a better article that the reader could gain knowledge and information from rather than just clicking on a link to help them further their interest on the topic.

I think this is a good example of unfinished journalism. The story is informative, however it does not really go into much detail and leaves the reader hanging. It also leaves the reader unsure of many issues that they began to cover. Although they point out that some didn't hop on the “no budget, no pay” they didn't exactly state why or any other information readers may be wondering about.

I think this is a good journalism example. The story gives pretty good coverage on the issue and even gives background information for the readers. It let's readers see that the issue was pressed and then finally after a good fight, the vote was a no-go.

I do not feel as if this journalism is the best it could be. It's completely a one-sided opinion and does not help to depict to readers the full story. If the journalist was a great journalist they would have done more research and probably interviewed more people to give the story diversity. I was a little confused on the story being so pieced together and not being a flowing story to where you fully grasp where the writer is coming from. I think it could have definitely been more prepared.
