If you watched the televised DNC meeting with the Florida DEMOCRATIC PARTY representatives you find out that this new date apparently is a result of legislative action by the Republican controlled legislature and Governor BUSH. This unfortunately would be classified as not being "good journalism" if it appeared on FOX "Nooze" or its "media clones".The TRUTH is always a problem for those who still desparately want to believe in "BUSH'S WAR" and all the inherent lies related to it, and the major MEDIA so willing to echo and unquestioningly "parrot" the old/new lies of justification!!!

This is what is "missing" from a corporate run/biased media tha would bring us "bread and circuses" rather than the "real" story of what is increasingly happeneing to our democratic/constitutional rights. It seems so late in the "story" for american citizens to "WAKE-UP" to what has been an insidious process on too many fronts to rob us of our constitutional right to have our VOTE express our true feelings.There are many other sources with information about these illegal and constitutionally damaging actions and reporting about this is NOT just "accustory" bit a record of what has been happening!!!

The main constitutional point and the threat to that CONSTITUTION is how thw AG office/staff are no longer seen as or operating as the "people's" lawyers but as a political weapon of the "governing party", in this case the Republican party and as lawyers for the president. Whatever the task/program emanating from this, it is a distortion/abortion of the basic reason for the existence of the AG office/department and the "voter fraud crusade" is an unfortunate, to say the least, consequence of this politicization.

My favorite motto/mantle for the nytimes for an unfortunate long time(i.e.chinese scientist;Pres.Clinton...still waiting for real apology;killing the remote audio device story about GWBush during the "debates";the "public relations" for the Iraq War ...etc.,etc.) has been, more appropriately I believe..."NOT FIT TO PRINT THE NEWS"!!!
