This article comes very close to heaping all the blame for the tragedy in Bosnia on Hillary Clinton. I'm no fan of Hillary myself, but this seems grossly unfair. The events described may have actually happened, but (1) Bill (not Hillary) Clinton was the ultimate decision maker in the white house, (2) trying to stop a war by going to war is at best morally ambiguous, and (3) there is an enormous difference between directly causing a tragedy and failing to take an action that *might* have alleviated a tragedy.
