I think this story is relevant because it demonstrates an example of a CEO who actually knows their products and services as they relate to the marketplace followed by the discussion of actions the CEO is taking to refocus their resources on what is performing. Alternatively, the CEO could also be freeing up resources to move quickly on newly identified opportunities.

This is a very relevant story since there are new digital devices being introduced to the marketplace faster than law enforcement can sometimes adapt and learn how to use them in the course of their work. From a litigation standpoint, I would think that a savvy lawyer would request ANY CIPAV data in their early case assessment (ECA) in order to preserve Electronic Discovery Evidence as it might pertain to their client's innocence or guilt as the case may be depending on who's side the attorney is on. I think there is a strong case for CIPAV use for law enforcement purposes particularly where there is a threat to life, or our infrastructure deemed critical to the health and well-being of the US and our citizens. Very thought provoking article! Timely and relevant. It's hard to debate the fact that tomorrow's talent will be pursuing the money. They will undoubtedly want to choose the careers that can hopefully provide them the lifestyle they have dreamed they would have. If teaching (as a profession won't provide this), then the majority (not all) will pass on the opportunity to teach. This article brings to the forefront of discussion the subject of how to fix our educational system.. I would have liked to see the author address the importance of 'learning styles' in the role of teaching. For instance, I learned recently that just 25% of students are capable of learning effectively via the audio learning style, which is the 'sit ... More »

Interesting story! But, personally, I would not do away with the delicious brand, or website. Rather, I would update and build on the AVOS brand using the existing icon and brand name. The name and brand are already implanted in the millions of minds out there. AVOS can build brand name recognition quickly, and still preserve the D brand for future use and/or development. Anyone check Delicious CPC or PPC value as of today? Just my thoughts.

I found this article to be very informing. Key amount of data in article that can serve as a 'jump-off' for those readers who want to dig further.
