I do think this article portrays good journalism. It focuses on a new event and topic that people want to know about. It could be a little more in depth but it is understandable that The White House cannot comment on some things. I think it is fairly well written and although there are not a ton of sources, there are links provided to other credible sources.

I do believe that this story is pretty much fully based on opinion. Although there are some credible sources and studies introduced throughout the article, the rest is quite biased. It is also semi well written, which I believe enhances it's enterprise. However, many people are very close with their religion and strong believers in it. Those results were based on a studies and not to the round public. Although I do know that some people are more spiritual than religious, I do not believe that the end of religion is anywhere near.

This is a definitely a relevant story to me at least, with everything going on in the world. I do not think it is fully trustworthy or greatly well sourced because of the fact that there are not a ton of sources used throughout this article. Also, I think this article could have been written with a lot better format. Just as a student and my experience in writing news stories and reading through NewsTrust, I can pick out parts of this article that are not correctly formatted.

This article is not well sourced at all. The only source used is a councilman. Also, I do not think story is very in depth either. I think there could have been more important information that would be more useful and aimed to the public. I also do not think this article is particularly well written and to me seems a little scattered.

This article does show the big picture, however I believe they could even go further into context. To me, this article was informative about the wedding but was only somewhat informative about the topic of the story which is all the media this event is receiving. I do not think this article is super credible, there is not that many sources used. Also, some of the sources are used are just random people who may not be very credible. I think this article is somewhat well written but could have a clearer flow. Although this article is relevant in news today, it is not a significantly important event or one that will have an effect on many people.

I thought the author did a good job at describing the scenario and change that took place, which definitely made the story factual. Also, as the article progressed, a lot more sources were being mentioned which made the story credible. I did think however, that there could have been much more sources and especially quotes to make the story more newsworthy. Although this is a sad event, I would recommend this story because it's important for people to know what's going on in the world around them. I also like how the author made this sad situation somewhat enterprising.

Although this is a horrible story, I do believe that this article is well written and worthy. There is much description about the event making it quite informative. Also, there are many people cited that would definitely be credible. Along with those people, the quotes used give you a real feel of the event and what happened. Since it is covering an event it does not make it quite an original article and is only somewhat relevant, depending on the reader. Overall I think it is well written and credible.

I think this story could have gone much more in depth and explained the situation further. They also could have included information previous to the video to give a better understanding of the situation. The story is not written badly but not great either. Also this article is not very well-sourced. There are quotes from a Mac Observer and say it is by Advocate.com Editors. I think a lot more could have been done to the story to make it relevant, enterprising and overall better.

This story particularly interests me because of the fact that I am a student at Towson University and the decisions of a new president could ultimately affect me. However, I do feel that this article is well written and definitely enterprising. There are a variety of sources and explanation of the search for TU's next president. This story also did a decent job at getting the community and other committee members opinion. For the most part, this article is well written; however, to me there is some organizational issues throughout.

I think this is only decent journalism for the reason that this source is not very credible. It is also an interesting story that many people are interested in and could somewhat relate to. Aside from those characteristics, it is again only a semi well written story that is concise in some parts of the story but not very clear in most of the article. There is an outside, overall view of what happened, however it does not go very in depth with the situation. The author gives a narrow perspective of the topic because of the fact the opinions from outside are bias. They also do not do a very good job in following up with the outcome of the accident other than mentioning the girl dies. There is not a great connection with Obama and ... More »
