Bay to Breakers is an annual event that has socially turned into an uproaring drinking street festival. Costumes adorn the intoxicated individuals, even some vow to go without clothes, as they meander down the 7.46 mile party route. This piece describes the even with relevant source quotes and is a fun report on the crazy event that can only take place in such a liberal city.
