Far from being a minimalist BO made an 8.9 earthquake when he more than doubled our national debt and showed plans to double that again. There is reason to believe she will do the same in support of him.

No. It's personality when it should be professional. I don't care if she eats out or not. I do care if she decides cases based on textual evaluation or feelings.
My personal view is that she decides in favor of who's paying her. When it was the state she decided in favor of the state without regard for how the 14th ammendment applied. If BO pays her I believe she'll say anything he wants. I vote NO.
