Excellent example of yellow journalism....a wiki search tells us departing Ron Kirk defend the secrecy in the trade negotiations....while a panel of 30 legal scholars begged to differ....like the Obama transparency on drones....Kirk is as clear as mud.

G. Greenwald one of my heroes is a fearless fighter for human rights and exposing the slimey underbelly of government and media ....he may tend to hyperbole.... i'm not sure about this story....still the scant coverage revolving door is alarming and makes it hard to dispute his claims.
