This is a very well written story on a divisive issue for Americans. The content is significantly important, since it portrays a different approach by the Feds to undocumented workers.

This is a good analysis from the perspective of the donor country, but more can be said regarding the unintended consequences of aid. Food aid or cheap imports tend to destroy local food security because they are subsidized by European countries and the More »

Great article. It does justice to Obama's position.

I agree with the author, however, he ignores the long history of humanism and secular humanism. These are skeptic movements that defend reason and science but also have a compassionate philosohpy of life without religion and a strong ethical affirmation. Go to www.centerforinquiry.net

Great story. I know of cases in Puerto Rico where women were sterilized or used by contraception researchers without their knowledge. This is the result of the colonial mentality.

It is good to have NewsTrust inform us about the religious right. I would not trust their decisions. They reject reason, science and dialogue and follow ancient texts that contradict each other. They become fanatics, unable to face facts. Please publish articles that inform about separation of Church and State.

This type of dilemma is real for people that are candid and sincere about their beliefs. However, good judgment is required base on scientific evidence. Many sex offenders can't control themselves. The congregation should not endanger their children's innocence and future happiness. There is too much at stake.

This is a most important issue. Already rich nations are planning new routes and new investments. We need solutions for the most critical and poorer areas of our planets.

This is a provocative article. It challenges implicit assumptions in our western societies: belief in an Absolute while using political power to control and repress. We need to take distance and examine why we belief in myths that are irrational and dangerous and have brought suffering and death to humanity. Think inquisition, crusades, colonization, persecution of scientists, banning of books, destruction of libraries and ancient temples, etc. Think the War on Iraq against “Absolute Evil.” Argie Tejada Segor, Miami Florida

This is excellent journalism. Paul Kurtz answers many of the false allegations of religious believers regarding atheists. He has exposed the fallacy that our ethical values are derived from religion, and that by denying god, a person is immoral.
