Interesting topic that is discussed in relatively simple and not overly scientific terms. The introduction of SAR11 isn't the best, but overall it presents some serious science in a very digestible manner.

The story is interesting, but the writing leaves much to be desired, the acronym MEP is never discussed, the lede is really awkward, and overall there isn't a sense about how big a deal this is for the organizers.
This is a fairly well written piece about an exciting and exotic discovery in science. It creates a good balance between describing the very technical scientific facts and describing it in understandable terms. The story does offer a big picture perspective as well (what's bigger than the universe as a whole?) However the article may come off as confusing since there frankly isn't that much information about anti-particles in general, but then again the scientists working on this don't know everything about anti particles either.
While this is an important issue that needs to be covered, more information on how this issue can be solved would have helped this article.
